Discover some of the Northern Territory's spectacular wildlife

Found to the east of Darwin in Australia’s Northern Territory, beautiful and unique Kakadu National Park is teeming with wildlife, waterfalls and other natural wonders. Venturing here is your chance to discover a diverse ecosystem, where cascading waterfalls and rich wetlands are met with unusual sandstone escarpments and rivers abundant with saltwater crocodiles and flatback turtles. The most fascinating part of it all is the incredible 25,000-year-old Aboriginal rock paintings, found at Nourlangie, Nanguluwur and Ubirr.

Meanwhile, Katherine is one of the largest towns in Northern Territory and acts as a gateway to the beauty of the Katherine River and Katherine Gorge. A great base for seeing other parts of the Red Centre as well as tropical Darwin, Katherine is fondly known as the destination where outback meets the tropics. Home to stunning hot springs, waterfalls and 13 jaw-dropping gorges, the areas surrounding Katherine spark adventure.
